The water of Laßnitz flows into Sulm, then into the Mur, into Drave, into Danube and at the end into the Black Sea. Black Sea is connected with the Mediterranean, the Atlantic and the Pacific. So it can travel all around the world until it comes back as a clowd.

The cultural area the water of Laßnitz is crossing is up to 2´nd half of 20th century indicated by peoples who connect each other and then separate again, by wars between eastern and western ideology, displacement and ethic cleansing. Habsburgs against Ottoman, retreat of turks, depopulated areas, resettling with people coming from other parts of Europe, Serbs against Croatian, Christian against Moslem, Christian against Christian and so on.
